This is a notice that as of  04/30/2023, Dr. Terry will no longer be practicing at Children's Hospital of San Antonio (CHoSA), as she has moved her practice to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia.  She is happy to see patients at her new practice; otherwise, there are two well-qualified pediatric neurosurgeons who can look after her patients at CHoSA. Patients can obtain a copy of their records by contacting CHoSA.
